  Kindly be informed that we have received latest announcement from Retail Product-Voice regarding Pakej RM10. TM Management had decided that GTM approach for Pakej RM10 as follows:
  1. Pakej RM10 is not to be sold via SP AT ALL.
  2. Pakej RM10 for existing customers will be sold only via Call Centre.
  3. Pakej RM10 for new customers can only be sold at TM point.
  Please take note that Package RM10 will be withdrawn from MIPS effective from 27^th July 2009 for existing customer. Please make sure all application submitted in MIPS before the said date.
  
  In another words, WE CANNOT sell Pakej 10 anymore.

- Feb, 21 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT : SIB 3 - DAYS Activation
- Dear Valued Partners ;
  
  Kindly be informed, in line with TM service enhancement, the 7-days auto activation policy for Streamyx SIB accounts will be replaced by 3-days auto activation policy. Therefore, all SIB accounts will be activated after 36 hours from registration. The implementation will take effect on Saturday ( 21 February 2009 ).
  
  This policy will NOT BE applicable to SIB Courier customers. SIB courrier customers will still be activated after 10 days.
  
  Kindly be informed that the information in the registration form will be amended accordingly in regards to this enhancement. Please communicate accordingly to customers while we are still using existing streamyx form.
