- Nov, 14 MPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile Nationwide & PC Fair Packages

  Kindly be informed that Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile package will be available NATIONWIDE on November 15, 2008. The option includes With Installation and Self Install (self-collect & courier). Please note that Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile Self Install only applicable for UPGRADE (existing customers) only. This is the interim solution for Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile Self Install until CD Self-Installation for Wireless modem is ready.
  
  On the same date (November 15, 2008), we will also launch SPECIAL PACKAGES FOR YEAR END PROMO in conjunction with PC Fair which promotes WAIVE ACTIVATION FEE of RM75 for Streamyx Combo, Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile and Streamyx Standard Unlimited packages. The pricing plans will be available starting November 15 until December 31, 2008 to all point of sales nationwide.
- Aug, 12 Business Broadband Packages Are No Longer Available To Residential Customers

  Dear Valued Partners,
  
  Effective from August 12, 2008, kindly be informed that all Business Broadband packages are no longer available to residential customers. If there’s any request from residential customers to subscribe to Business Broadband packages (apart from SOHO), please inform them they may do so by submitting an official letter to SCM HQ complete with the reasons on why they require such packages.

Please be informed that there is a printing error in Streamyx Combo Sales Kit. Note that ONLY RM50 CONNECTION FEE IS WAIVED for NEW TM Fixed Line + Streamyx Combo customers. Below is the correct information:

Bil pertama anda akan mengandungi caj-caj berikut :	Your first bill for TM Fixed Line will consist of the following charges:

i. Caj pengaktifan RM 75	i. RM 75 deposit

ii. Duti setem RM 10	ii. RM 10 stamp duty

iii. Yuran penyambungan RM 50 (Caj akan dikecualikan jika dilanggan bersama Streamyx Combo)	iii. RM 50 connection fee (Fee will be waived if subscribed with Streamyx Combo)

iv. Kegunaan panggilan (jika ada)	iv. Call usage (if any)

  Dear Valued Partners,
  
  Kindly be informed that starting from February 4, 2008 the new additional Business Broadband packages is available for registration. This package will be effective starting February 4, 2008 onwards and targeted to business customer who residing in selected areas in Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), Penang & Kedah. Summary of the Business Broadband new packages are as per below:
  
  1) SOHO 2Mbps
  - Monthly subscription fee of RM318, dynamic IP, 1 email, with modem, FREE one Hotspot account, minimum subscription is 12 months.
  2) SOHO 4Mbps
  - Monthly subscription fee of RM468, dynamic IP, 1 email, with modem, FREE one Hotspot account, minimum subscription is 12 months.
  3) 1IP 4Mbps
  - Monthly subscription fee of RM988, 1IP, 3 emails, with modem, FREE one Hotspot account, minimum subscription is 12 months.
  4) 5IP 4Mbps
  - Monthly subscription fee of RM1688, 5IPs, 3 emails, with modem, FREE one Hotspot account, minimum subscription is 12 months.
  Note: SIB option will not be offered for the above packages.
  
  Please find attached PnP Package for Business Broadband 2Mbps & 4Mbps. The packages will be open for registration starting February 4, 2008 onwards.
